Motivation to Move

BIG NEWS! We are adding a daytime exercise class. Beginning the week of May 4th you will have two opportunities to come and exercise with us.  Monday evenings at 7 pm and Wednesday mornings at 9 am. All ability levels are welcome. We have chair exercises as well as strength and balance practice. ALL ARE WELCOMEBring your friends!
