Our ministry to help feed the hungry of Pitman includes regularly stocking and staffing the Pitman Pantry.
New Visions
We provide ministry to the hungry of Camden through our partnership with New Visions Community Center. In addtion to helping stock their food pantry, we monthly provide casseroles so that a hot meal is available to those in need. Twice annually, we conduct a clothing drive.
Glory To God Fund
Do you know that we have a fund set aside to which you can offer a special gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special person or event in your life? It is called the “Glory to God Fund” and is overseen by the fund committee consisting of Loretta Barrett, Kay Heyel, Alberta Ianotti, and Ron Paul. The purpose: to provide opportunity to extend the outreach of St. James in ministries and congregational resources that go beyond the scope and focus of the regular church spending plan and ongoing operations. When offering your gift to the fund, please mark on your check “Glory to God.” Thank you!
